Where do you ship?
We currently deliver throughout Romania.
You can choose between home delivery by courier and delivery to a locker, depending on the options available for your order.
How much does the delivery cost?
Our standard delivery prices are currently:
- Home delivery by courier: 25 lei
- Locker delivery: 19 lei
Orders over 250 lei qualify for free delivery within Romania.
How long does delivery take?
Products that are in MOONLIT stock are usually delivered within 2–5 working days from the date the order is placed.
Some products may be marked as being available from an external supplier. These products have a longer estimated delivery time of approximately 3–4 weeks. If this applies to a product, you will see this information on its product page before adding it to your cart.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact.moonlitwtf@gmail.com and include your order number.
We’ll do our best to help, but once an order has entered processing or has been handed over to the courier, changes may no longer be possible.
Can I return a product?
Yes. If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with our return policy.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed according to our Returns Policy after the returned products have been received and checked.
Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.
What wax do you use for candles?
Our handmade MOONLIT candles are made using coconut wax.
